Lovebisous.ca is operated by Bisous Bisous Gift Inc. in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The website is principally a wholesale business-to-business website for approved retailers and business customers.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you use the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Wholesale retailer accounts

Wholesale pricing and ordering are restricted to approved retailers. Applications and account approval may be reviewed. You must provide accurate and current account and business information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. An account must not be shared with or used for an unrelated business or otherwise misused.

4. Wholesale orders

Wholesale purchasing is also governed by the Love Bisous Wholesale Terms. If these Website Terms conflict with the Wholesale Terms on a wholesale-order-specific matter, the Wholesale Terms govern that matter.

5. Product information, pricing and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, pricing and availability. Genuine typographical, pricing or availability errors may be corrected. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer and address it reasonably; this provision does not give us an unrestricted right to change an accepted and paid order.

6. Currency, taxes and payments

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are handled according to the website’s checkout and verified business-account rules. Payments are processed through the payment services configured on the website. Wholesale-order payment requirements are set out in the Wholesale Terms.

7. Shipping

Current direct wholesale shipping is to Canadian addresses only unless Love Bisous expressly changes its service territory. Commercial shipping methods, thresholds, exceptions and related terms are governed by the Love Bisous Wholesale Terms and the options displayed at checkout. These Website Terms do not create additional shipping rights or guarantees.

8. Custom projects and uploaded artwork

When you submit artwork, logos, trademarks, text or other materials for a custom-project request, you represent that you are authorized to provide and use those materials for the requested project. You give Love Bisous only the limited permission reasonably necessary to review the request, prepare a quote, communicate about the project, and produce the approved work if the project proceeds.

You retain ownership of your materials. Submission does not transfer ownership to Love Bisous or grant us a general right to use the materials for marketing or unrelated purposes. Any broader use must be agreed separately. Additional commercial terms for an approved custom project may be included in its quote or agreement.

9. Love Bisous intellectual property

Love Bisous branding, character artwork including CouCou and Little Duck, illustrations, original designs, website copy, photography and other site assets owned by Bisous Bisous Gift Inc. or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, commercially exploit or remove rights notices from this content.

10. Acceptable website use

You must not use the website to:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• interfere with website operation or security, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
• impersonate another person or business or provide materially false information;
• share or misuse wholesale credentials; or
• scrape, copy or extract protected content at an abusive scale or in a way that unreasonably burdens the website.

11. Third-party services and links

Parts of the website may depend on third-party services, and the website may link to external sites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Love Bisous does not control and is not responsible for external websites merely because we link to them.

We may suspend or terminate retailer-account access for reasonable cause, including misuse of credentials, fraud or security concerns, unlawful activity, or a material breach of applicable terms. Where appropriate, we will act proportionately and may contact the account holder. Suspension does not alter rights or obligations relating to completed transactions.

15. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without introducing mandatory foreign arbitration.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Website Terms for future website use. The current version will be posted here and the Last updated date will change. Updates do not retroactively alter completed transactions.
