Love Bisous Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to approved Love Bisous wholesale accounts and direct wholesale orders. Love Bisous is operated by Bisous Bisous Gift Inc. in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Questions may be sent to wholesale@lovebisous.ca.

Eligibility

Wholesale access is available to approved retail and business customers. Applications are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved. Approval may be reviewed again after a material change in ownership, sales channels, or account use.

Territory and currency

Direct wholesale ordering currently ships to Canadian addresses only. Prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Opening orders, reorders, MOQ, and mix and match

The opening-order merchandise minimum is CA$300. The reorder merchandise minimum is CA$150 after a legitimate prior paid wholesale order. Product quantities must meet the configured MOQ and case-pack increment. The default MOQ is 10 units per SKU; a higher configured MOQ applies. Retailers may mix products across the collection to reach the order minimum when every SKU meets its own MOQ and case-pack rule.

Suggested retail price

Any Suggested Retail or MSRP value is a non-binding recommendation. Retailers remain responsible for their own lawful retail pricing.

Payment

Direct wholesale orders are prepaid before fulfillment. Net 15 and Net 30 terms are not offered at launch. An order is not released to the paid fulfillment workflow until payment is confirmed by WooCommerce and the configured payment provider.

Taxes and PST resale documentation

Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated from the shipping destination and current WooCommerce tax configuration. A Business Number or PST Number entered by a retailer does not automatically create an exemption. A Love Bisous administrator must verify any BC PST resale documentation before an account can receive a qualifying PST resale exemption. GST/HST is not automatically exempted.

Shipping, free shipping, and local pickup

Canadian wholesale merchandise subtotals of CA$500 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before tax and shipping, unless an oversized, heavy, remote, custom, or manually quoted freight exception applies. Orders below the threshold use the configured Canadian shipping methods and rates. Local pickup is offered only when Love Bisous has configured an approved public or business pickup location and instructions; otherwise it remains unavailable.

Fulfillment and availability

In-stock wholesale orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment. This is a preparation estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Availability may change before payment. Out-of-stock products cannot be ordered unless Love Bisous explicitly enables backorders for that product.

Cancellation

Please contact Love Bisous promptly about a cancellation request. Once fulfillment, custom preparation, or other non-recoverable work has started, cancellation may not be possible. Any approved cancellation or refund is recorded against the original WooCommerce order.

Damage, defects, missing items, and returns

Wholesale orders are generally final sale, except for goods that are damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped. Report an issue within 5 business days of delivery and include the order number, SKU or product, affected quantity, a short description, and photos where appropriate. Love Bisous will review the issue and determine whether replacement, credit, or refund is appropriate. A report does not automatically issue a refund.

Account use and approved sales channels

Wholesale access is issued to the approved business account and should not be shared with unrelated businesses. Approved retailers may resell Love Bisous products through their physical retail locations and their own operated retail website. Sales through large third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, or similar marketplaces require prior written approval from Love Bisous.

Territorial exclusivity

Approval does not grant territorial or channel exclusivity unless Love Bisous agrees to it separately in writing.

Custom Products, payment, Digital Proofs, and timing

Custom Products must be paid in full before production. Production begins only after the customer has approved the Digital Proof. Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days after proof approval.

For Need Design Help and other specially quoted custom work, any additional design fee will be confirmed before payment. The full confirmed order amount must be paid before production begins.

Because Custom Products are made or personalized to the customer's specifications, cancellation or refund availability may be limited once the Digital Proof has been approved and production has begun, subject to applicable law and product-quality obligations. Customer approval delays may extend the timeline. Major redesigns, scope changes, and extra revision rounds may require an approved revised price or timeline.

Customer artwork rights and production variations

The customer confirms it has permission to supply and authorize use of all artwork, trademarks, text, and other content submitted for the project. Slight natural or production variations may occur in wood grain, leather texture, engraving tone or depth, printed colour compared with a screen, and other material characteristics. This does not excuse materially defective goods or production errors.

Sampling, setup, special material, complex artwork, or rush-production costs may be quoted separately where applicable. Rush availability is not guaranteed.

Quote validity

Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise stated on the quotation.

Terms updates

Love Bisous may update these terms for future applications and orders. The version accepted with an application and the version recorded with an order are retained for business records.
